 Every
year, around New Year's,
we all seem to sit back
and reflect on the last
365 days of our lives.
What goals did we meet?
What goals weren't
reached? What
significant events
happened? How did we
handle those situations?
And on and on. And each
new year, we set new
goals and new
resolutions, in hopes to
improve our lives in
some way. It is no
different here at our
practice. We ask
ourselves the same
questions and
contemplate ideas and
ways to better our
practice and our patient
experience.
For 2010, we at the
Center for Adult
Dentistry, would like to
focus on customer
service. In order to
improve on your
experience with our
practice, we want your
feedback. Starting this
month, we will randomly
ask our patients to fill
out a survey on their
experience with us. We
will be asking you to
give us your feedback on
our office, our staff,
your experience during
your visit and areas you
would like to see
improvement. The
surveys will be
confidential and we will
not ask for your name.
We will give you a
survey to take home with
a pre-stamped envelope
to return at your
convenience.
We will take your
feedback very seriously
and will make
improvements where we
see necessary based on
your responses. It is
our goal to make your
experience with us the
best it could possibly
be while catering to
your wants and needs.
